Electronic Centralized Aircraft Monitoring (ECAM) control panel is located at the front center of the pedestal, above the throttle. Panel consist of 18 keys (system page and other) and two potentiometers for upper and lower ecam displays brightness.
If you to choose to bypass internal electronics here are the pins for ECAM control panel front panel only.

Here is ECAM panel working with JeeHell software.
* If you are using a new type ECAM control panel, the one with LEDs, there are some changes regarding polarity! LEDs need a positive on pin 54 and ground on selected light pin (2, 4, 9, 10-20) and also ground on pin 1. The problem you might have with that is losing separate grounds for inputs and outputs (switches also use ground on pin 1)!
** Thanks to Christopher (CockpitConcept) and Ben you can also interface ECAM with ARINC 429 boards.
